    What is ELT rubber?

ELT rubber refers to recycled rubber obtained from used tyres – ELT stands for End-of-Life Tyres. In this recycling process, old tyres are crushed to produce, among other things, granulate. ELT rubber is mainly composed of SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber) and NBR (natural rubber). This recycled material is used in various applications, such as flooring, shoe soles, road construction, building products, and other rubber products. In this way, ELT rubber contributes to resource-efficient, economical, and environmentally sustainable recycling.
