The WARCO rubber H-block paving is the elastic alternative to traditional concrete paving blocks – with all the advantages of rubber granulate. The characteristic H-shape, also known as BEHATON or double-T, ensures a strong interlock and creates a safe, durable paving surface. Measuring approximately 20×16 cm, these blocks can be used flexibly on a wide range of areas – from pathways and courtyards to driveways, playgrounds or equestrian facilities.
Strong interlock. Thanks to the double-T design, the blocks support each other and create a stable, long-lasting paving pattern. Even under heavy loads, the surface remains secure and individual blocks cannot shift. This makes the paving ideal for areas with higher demands.
Comfort & safety. The elastic structure of the rubber granulate makes the surface joint-friendly and comfortable to walk on. At the same time, the paving is slip-resistant and offers reliable grip – even when wet. Compared to concrete paving, it is significantly quieter, as footfall and rolling noises are noticeably reduced.
Low maintenance. The paving is easy to clean – dirt can be removed with a broom, leaf blower or hose. Additional treatments such as sealing or impregnation are not required.
Weatherproof & durable. Rubber H-block paving is frost- and weather-resistant. It remains dimensionally stable even under extreme temperatures and, unlike concrete, does not spall. Natural ageing may occur over time, but this has little impact on performance.
With rubber H-block paving, you create a robust, noise-reducing and comfortable surface – ideal for hotels, residential complexes, public facilities or private properties.

Paving slabs or interlocking tiles made from PU-bound rubber granulate significantly reduce the noise caused by rolling suitcases, skateboards or footsteps in hard shoes – such as high heels – especially on walkways and in internal courtyards. In hotels, apartment buildings or residential complexes, these sounds are often perceived as a disturbance, particularly during evening and night-time hours.
On traditional surfaces such as natural stone, concrete slabs or standard block paving, these movements typically create a sharp, rattling noise that carries over long distances. Resilient rubber flooring absorbs vibrations and effectively blocks the transmission of structure-borne noise at the source. This makes it a practical and attractive way to improve acoustic comfort and enhance the overall quality of stay in noise-sensitive areas.
Good design made easy.
