Dog agility flooring from WARCO is a continuous-looking surface covering for agility courses, training grounds and private dog areas, as well as indoor halls and event spaces. It cushions jumps, braking movements and landings, supporting joints while providing a surface that protects paws and offers reliable grip during regular training sessions.
Simple installation
The tiles are installed as a loose lay system on a level, load-bearing base without mechanical fixing. The precision jigsaw interlock keeps the tiles securely connected and creates a virtually invisible hairline joint across the surface. Cuts can be made with a jigsaw or circular saw. Individual tiles can be lifted and replaced at any time, making the surface suitable for temporary installations and event use.
Paw-friendly and slip-resistant
The structured top surface provides reliable footing for dogs in all movements, from running and turning to jumping and landing. At the same time, the elastic surface reduces point loads on paws and joints, helping to maintain comfort during training sessions.
Weather-resistant and easy to maintain
The flooring is designed for outdoor use, with resistance to weather exposure, frost and UV radiation. It tolerates contact with disinfectants and can be cleaned with standard methods. The surface is water-permeable, while the underside profile allows water to drain away in line with the gradient.
Single layer or sandwich build-up
The flooring can be laid as a single layer or combined with interlocking functional tiles XX in a sandwich structure. Depending on the configuration, the system can be adapted to provide more cushioning, sound reduction or structural support for specific training environments.
Two-layer construction
The surface consists of a wear layer made from UV-stable, colourfast EPDM rubber granules and a base layer made from recycled ELT rubber granules. The EPDM layer maintains colour stability, while the ELT layer provides load distribution and impact absorption.
