How can I find out the delivery date for my order?
Shortly before your order is shipped, you will receive a Delivery Advice email with all relevant details regarding the expected delivery date of your order. For fixed date deliveries, if the proposed date is not convenient for you, you have 12 hours from receipt of the notice to arrange an alternative delivery date. For orders without a fixed delivery date, the exact delivery window will be agreed by telephone between the carrier and the recipient. Please note that deliveries are only made on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. In exceptional cases, such as technical problems or vehicle breakdowns, delivery delays may occur. Therefore, the stated delivery date is not binding and no compensation can be claimed for delayed delivery.
