    What should I do if I believe I have received the wrong goods?

    Mistakes can happen at any stage - during ordering, production or shipping. If you find that the goods you have received do not meet your expectations, please call WARCO immediately while the courier or driver is still on site. In this way, the situation can be quickly clarified and the next steps agreed. Together with WARCO, you will decide whether to accept or refuse the delivery. Please do not refuse a delivery without first contacting WARCO by telephone as this may result in additional costs.
