Can I reschedule the delivery date on the delivery note?
Yes, you can generally reschedule the fixed delivery date stated in the delivery notice to a later business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Please notify us of your desired new delivery date within 12 hours of receiving the notice by email or phone. In exceptional cases, such as technical issues or vehicle breakdowns, delivery delays may occur. Therefore, the stated delivery date is non-binding and no compensation claims can be made for delays.
