How are orders for Switzerland processed?

Orders for Switzerland are placed through the warco.ch shop and processed by WARCO Bodenbeläge GmbH in Lenzburg. DHL Freight delivers the goods, and invoices are issued in Swiss francs (CHF).

Consignments of rubber tiles or rubber mats are dispatched from Germany to Switzerland several times a month. Allow an extra two to three days for export and import customs clearance when estimating transit times. The recipient does not have to deal with customs clearance: they are buying from a Swiss supplier, so this is a normal domestic purchase.

Once the consignment is at DHL’s depot in Regensdorf and ready to go out for delivery, DHL will try to arrange a delivery date by phone. DHL may still deliver without an appointment.
