What does a timed delivery service mean for my order?
A timed delivery service means that delivery is scheduled for the day stated in the delivery advice. Fixed delivery dates and time windows are not guaranteed, as unforeseen delays can arise during transport. Compensation for failure to meet a fixed delivery date is excluded. For DHL Freight deliveries, online tracking can be used to check whether the delivery vehicle is travelling as scheduled.
