Must delivery recipient be the ordering party?
The delivery recipient does not have to be the ordering party, and delivery may be made to another person.
The contract is normally between the ordering party and WARCO. For the performance of the contract, WARCO reserves the right to involve the actual recipient, even where that person is not the ordering party.
