How is my order processed and shipped?
Once you have placed your order online, you will automatically receive an email confirming receipt of your order - this email is for acknowledgement purposes only and is not a binding confirmation of your order. Our team will check your order details and contact you if any information is missing or unclear. Once this has been done, you will receive either a binding order confirmation or an updated quotation by email.
If the product is in stock, it is immediately picked, packed and prepared for despatch. Out-of-stock items are produced according to the specified lead times, taking into account seasonal variations. After picking, the shipment is scheduled and you will receive a shipping notification along with an invoice.
Parcel deliveries do not have a fixed delivery date, whereas pallet deliveries usually have an agreed delivery date, either stated on the despatch note or agreed directly with the carrier. Deliveries will only be made on weekdays and will not be made at weekends or on public holidays. Delivery dates are indicative and may be subject to occasional delays.
For shipments up to 2500kg, a light truck with tail lift will be used and the carrier will unload the shipment. For shipments over 2500 kg, or as agreed, the recipient will unload the shipment. The weight of a loaded pallet can be up to 1200 kg.
On receipt of your delivery, please check that all items are complete, undamaged and correct. If there are any problems, contact us immediately - preferably while the carrier is still present - and document any damage with photographs. Do not refuse delivery without first contacting us to avoid unnecessary costs.
