Frequently asked questions

How much space do I need for a home gym?

The ideal size of a home gym primarily depends on what equipment you plan to use, how many people will be training at once, and your budget. In most cases, an area of 10 to 20 square metres is sufficient to accommodate essential gear such as a cardio machine, bench with dumbbells or kettlebells, and perhaps a wall bar.

If you have more space, you can add a treadmill, rowing machine, or punch bag. When planning, make sure there is adequate room between equipment and enough space for various exercise positions (standing, lying, seated). A flexible setup allows you to make the most of the available space and prevents overcrowding during workouts.
