    How do I claim a defect in my goods?

    WARCO takes every measure to avoid defective goods, because a complaint is as unpleasant for the company as it is for the customer. Should a defect occur, WARCO will deal with it in an unbureaucratic manner. If you wish to make a claim, please proceed as follows Take several clear photographs of the defect. If the problem is with an installed component, also photograph the overall situation. Email the photos to WARCO along with a brief description of the defect and your original order number. WARCO will respond promptly with an explanation and a proposed solution.
