Frequently asked questions

Are there colour variations in a delivery?

Colours will always vary slightly from the ideal due to defined tolerances. For rubber granulate products, these tolerances depend on the material used and the specific colour group.

Coloured ELT products, made from black rubber granulate combined with a coloured binder, have the greatest colour variation - individual elements in a production batch may appear lighter, darker or more intense.

In black or anthracite ELT products, where recycled rubber granules are processed with a colourless binder, grey, white or even coloured particles may be visible - this is unavoidable.

Products with a speckled EPDM surface, where granules of different base colours are used, will naturally have variations in the mix that add charm to the design - similar to natural wood flooring. On the other hand, products with a monochromatic EPDM surface show only minimal colour variations.

Variations within WARCO's tolerances are normal and do not constitute grounds for complaint or price reduction.
