Are free samples available for individual product selection?

Free samples are available in the online shop to help with individual product selection, subject to limited availability. They help with choosing the appropriate product and colour, supporting an informed purchase decision.

Usually, one to three product samples and one to five colour samples are sent. Each sample is a cutting of approximately 10 × 10 cm; a complete product from the range is not sent as a free sample.

For products with no minimum order quantity, any quantity, including a single item, can be bought in the online shop. Many products in the online shop have a minimum order quantity; for these, a single product can be ordered for a fee directly from the technical advisory team by email.
